At FetchShop, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
